How can I create an account?
A new account can be created on our @Create an account page. If you already have an account, use your username and password to login to your account.
How will I know that you’ve received my order?
After successfully completing your online order, you will be redirected to an order summary page and an email confirmation will be sent to the email address on file.
What is the lead-time for my order? Is the lead-time the same for every order?
Our lead-time for all orders is 12-14 weeks for all orders shipping within the Continental United States.
What is the return policy?
All orders are custom made to order and therefore final sale. Orders are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled at any time.
Shipping and International Delivery
What are my shipping options?
For all orders shipping within the Continental United States we are pleased to offer white glove delivery service via our partnered service providers.
Do you offer expedited shipping services?
Upon the customer’s request, expedited freight options, including Next Day Air and Second Day Air are available. To receive a quote for your order, please contact client support via email at support@OpusByWindsorSmith.com
Can I purchase items for delivery outside of the U.S.?
For shipments outside the Continental United States, please contact us via email support@OpusByWindsorSmith.com.
Tax and Payment
What is your tax policy and will I be charged tax?
If you are a trade customer (Retailer, Designer) and have provided Opus with a valid resale certificate, you will not be charged sales tax. For all retail accounts, orders shipped within the State of California will be charged the appropriate sales rate on the total order using the state and local sales tax rates. Sales taxes does not apply to orders shipped outside of the State of California.
What forms of payment are accepted for online purchases?
Our online credit card payment forms include: Visa, American Express, and Mastercard.
How do I get trade pricing on your products?
Each trade account is approved by our support department after registration. This process may take up to 72 hours. Once your account has been approved, you will have access to trade pricing and receive an email confirmation that your account has been approved.
